How do I edit an order my client has placed?

It's easy to make changes to your clients' lab orders before sending them off to the lab!


To edit a specific item on an order:

1. Go to Commerce > Orders

2. Click on the Order (or use the Search button to find the correct order)

3. Scroll down to the lab item you wish to change

4. Click Edit Item

5. Change the product, the quantity, or the mounting/texture (if available) as needed

6. Click Save

 

When you edit a lab-based item, the words EDITED ITEM will appear beside it, letting you know that it has been altered from the original order the client placed.


To edit the crop on a specific item in an order:

1. Go to Commerce > Orders

2. Click on the Order (or use the Search button to find the correct order)

3. Scroll down to the lab item you wish to change

4. Click the thumbnail of the image and adjust the crop by dragging the red crop marks

5. Click Rotate if you need to rotate the image

6. Click Save



To completely remove an item from a lab order:

1. Go to Commerce > Orders

2. Click on the Order (or use the Search button to find the correct order)

3. Click the "..." button and choose Convert Items to Self-Fulfilled

4. Select the items you'd like to remove from the lab order

5. Click Convert to Self-Fulfilled

*NOTE: Once an item is converted to self-fulfilled it cannot be undone.
