How do I view my client orders and track shipping?

*This feature is not available in all plans. To see the different plans or make changes to your plan, go to the Plan & Billing tab in your account.

To see the orders clients have placed through their galleries, go to Commerce > Orders


Here, you can:

  • Sort orders by number, date placed, customer name, gallery name, order status, lab progress, number of photos, order total, or payment status
  • Mark orders as paid / pending / shipped / completed / canceled
  • Combine orders before sending them to the lab to be printed (read more about combining orders here)
  • Search for an order
  • View details for an individual order

On the Order page, view an order's status, details about the date and time it was sent to the lab, the address it's being shipped to, and the date of shipment. The tracking number for shipping will also be listed when provided by the ShootProof partner lab.
