What is your refund policy on lab products?

ShootProof does not offer refunds on lab products, however, we are able to work with the lab to request a reprint. Contact support@shootproof.com with the order number and we will work with the lab to get the problem resolved.

ShootProof handles all correspondence with its partner labs regarding orders placed through ShootProof. Please do not contact the lab directly.
