Set your terms of sale, manage your tax, and your shipping options for each price sheet in your Price Sheet Settings!

General

This message is displayed to the client at checkout. Clients must check a box confirming that they agree to these terms before they will be able to complete check out. These terms will again be included in the emailed order confirmation delivered immediately after completing their purchase.

Tax

Tax Title - Give the tax area of your check out a custom title. Ex: State Sales Tax

Tax Percentage - Set the percentage of the subtotal of taxable items that will be collected on each order.

State/Province - If you are looking to charge sales tax ONLY on orders placed in a specific state or province, use this drop down menu to make this selection. Ex: If you select New York, ONLY those clients with Georgia addresses will be charged the applicable sales tax. A client ordering in Pennsylvania WOULD NOT be charged sales tax.

VAT Number - If applicable, supply your VAT Number. (Generally, this is only necessary for those studios with clients in countries that require this inclusive tax.)

Charge tax on ShootProof-Fulfilled Digitals - By default, ShootProof fulfilled digital downloads will be tax exempt. Activate this option if you want to charge your client tax on the ShootProof fulfilled digital items on your price sheet.

Charge tax on shipping - Activate this option if you want to include shipping in your taxable subtotal.

Shipping

Shipping Title - Give your shipping a custom title. Ex: Shipping and Handling

Use Lab Shipping - This option is only available on lab fulfilled price sheets. This allows you to charge your client the exact same shipping that the lab will charge your studio when you go to submit your client's order. Use this option to break even on shipping costs.

Allow customers to select a shipping speed at checkout - Again, this option is only available on lab fulfilled price sheets. This allows your client to select any shipping option offered by the lab. Using this option will still allow you to break even on shipping.

Use Custom Shipping - If you are using a self-fulfilled price sheet, or you would prefer to set your own shipping prices, you can create them here.
