Packages are an easy way to encourage clients to order more from your galleries. Bundling items together in a package at a slightly discounted price can earn you more sales, while giving your clients the satisfaction of receiving carefully curated items, at a slightly lower price point than ordering a la carte.
Packages can contain prints, products, or digitals, in any combination. We suggest starting with 3-4 Packages to keep the decision-making process easy for clients. When priced correctly, most clients will purchase your middle package, so make sure to price your items profitably.Â
Â
Create a Package
- Go to Store > Price Sheets
- Select your price sheet
- Click the Packages tab and then Add PackageÂ
- Name the package and set the package price
- The package price is what your clients pay for the package. The package value is the total your client would pay if they purchased all of the package items a la carte. The package value will auto-populate as you begin to add items to the package.Â

- Add items to the package
Â
- Click on each group and click to add the desired quantity of each item
- Items must already exist on your price sheet to be added to a package
- You can add up to 50 of one particular item to a package
- Go to the Package Details tab to optionally:
- Limit the package to one pose
- Enter a package description for the client to see
- Upload example images of the items in the package
- Click Save Package once you're done
Now any galleries using this price sheet will show the option to purchase a Package. Your clients will make their package selections, ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled before they can add the Package to their cart.Â

Pro Tip: Cart and the Credit discounts can work in conjunction with Packages. Because Packages typically include a discount for bundling items, we discourage using other item-specific discounts, like Item, Group, BOGO, and Multi-items discounts. Using those can lead to double-discounting items in a Package.
