You can make new invoices from scratch or create invoice templates, which can be used time and again for commonly-invoiced items or sessions. Either way, it's easy to create a brand-new client invoice!
Please note that when using ShootProof Payments as your payment gateway, the 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee applies to client payments. Studios using Braintree or PayPal Pro* are also able to invoice their clients through ShootProof and may incur transaction fees from those respective companies.
*Studios using PayPal Standard as their payment gateway, unfortunately, cannot accept online payments through Invoices.

Once it’s been saved, you can click on Preview Invoice to see what your client will see when you send the invoice to them.
You can even click on the buttons on this preview page to get a better feel of your client’s user experience.
Choose Make a Payment to see how your client pays the first installment. If you have set up multiple installments, your client can also choose to enroll in AutoPay, which will automatically charge their credit card whenever an upcoming payment is due. That way, you don’t have to worry about reminding them of the payment and they don’t have to worry about remembering it! And don’t worry - your client can always stop AutoPay and remove their credit card information on file, at any time.
