Create an emotional connection with your galleries by adding music! Preview songs, create playlists, and then assign your playlist to a gallery. You can also create and assign playlists from within a gallery.
Search for songs using keywords or browse through Collections to find songs for your playlists that are already organized by different eras, moods, genres, and more.
Please note that while you can preview songs and create playlists, to have music play in your galleries you will need a Music plan.
Create a Playlist
You can create playlists by going to Galleries > Music for Galleries or from within a gallery.
To create a playlist in the Music for Galleries tab, click the + sign on a song and then click + New Playlist. You can also go to the Playlists tab and click New Playlist. After you've named your playlist, you will see it as an option when you click the + sign next to songs.
You can also create a playlist from within a gallery by clicking into a gallery and then clicking Branding > Music. Click Create playlist. Once you've created the playlist, you can click Edit Playlist to search for songs to add to it.
Add Songs to a Playlist
Search for songs by typing the mood, genre, theme, or other keywords (such as piano or acoustic) into the search bar along the top left. If you have a song or artist that you like, search by their name or song name to find music similar to theirs. Click the overlapping circle icon on a song to find similar tracks to this song. If the song has lyrics, you can view them by clicking the stacked lines icon.
Toggle on Smart Preview in the top right to be taken right to the highlight of a track when previewing it.
Click the + sign on the right side of a song to add it to a playlist. You can add up to 20 songs to a playlist.
Assign a Playlist to a Gallery
In the Music for Galleries tab you can add a playlist to a gallery by clicking the stacked dots button and choosing Assign to Gallery. Select the galleries where you'd like it added and click Assign to Selected Galleries.
You can also assign a playlist to a gallery by going to the Music tab in the Branding settings of the gallery and choosing it from the Music Playlist drop-down menu. The auto play settings for the gallery are also shown here.
To assign a playlist to your galleries in bulk, go to the All Galleries tab, click Select All in the top right, and then Bulk Actions from the menu bar along the bottom of the page. In the Branding section, click Music Playlist. Now you can bulk remove or update the playlist, as well as bulk apply the auto play settings.
