How do I create and manage a playlist?

Help your clients emotionally connect with their galleries by adding music! Create and add songs to a playlist, or choose one of our Featured Playlists, then assign your playlist to any gallery.

You can also find Feature Playlists tailored to your selected Music Plan on the Playlists page. Use this as a quick start to enhance your galleries, or use the playlists as templates to build your own. Read more about finding the perfect song here.

To create a playlist:

  1. Go to Galleries > Music for Galleries > Create New Playlist 
  2. Name your playlist
  3. Click Create!

To add songs to a playlist:

  1. Go to Galleries > Music for Galleries
  2. Click the "Add" button beside the song you'd like to add
  3. Choose the Playlist
    *If a playlist is full, you will not be able to select it.*

 

To assign a playlist to a gallery:

1. Go to Playlists
2. On the left side of the page, click Assign under the Playlist
3. Select the gallery or galleries
*If a gallery is already linked with this playlist, it will not appear.*
4. Click Assign!
