Richard Photo Lab Shipping & Turnaround Times

Richard Photo Lab offers several shipping options through ShootProof, which can be seen below. The shipping rates below are flat rates, meaning that even if an order contains canvases or metal prints, the shipping cost to your studio does not increase for the order. 

Orders from our partner labs are shipped white-label, so your clients do not see any lab branding or costs with their order. 

Please note that shipping time does not include in-lab production time.

Shipping to the United States (available to clients of US-based studios)

Orders containing ONLY prints:

$6.00 USD for Ground (5-7 business days, with tracking)
$16.00 USD for 2-Day (2 business days)
$20.00 USD for Overnight (1 business day)
 

Orders containing canvas and/or fine art prints:

$10.00 USD for Ground (3-5 business days, with tracking) 
$16.00 USD for 2-Day (2 business days)
$20.00 USD for Overnight (1 business day)

You can always change the shipping from what the client chose at checkout and the shipping address when you are approving the order to go to the lab (more on approving orders here).  

 

Turnaround Times

Richard's prints are often completed in-lab within one business day, but keep in mind that added mounting adds an additional three business-days. Gallery wrap canvases have a three business-day turnaround time. For fine art prints, photographers can expect a five business-day turnaround time.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include holidays or transit times.
