Technicare Imaging Shipping & Turnaround Times

Technicare Imaging offers several shipping options through ShootProof, which can be seen below. The shipping rates below are flat rates, meaning that even if an order contains canvases or metal prints, the shipping cost to your studio does not increase for the order. 

Orders from our partner labs are shipped white-label, so your clients do not see any lab branding or costs with their order. 

Please note that shipping time does not include in-lab production time.

Shipping to Canada (available to clients of Canada-based studios)

FLAT RATE for all Technicare orders:

$9.99 CAD for Economy (Prints Only - 8x12 and smaller, estimate 2-21 days transit time, no tracking information provided)

$19.99 CAD for Standard* (Xpress Post Courier, estimate 3-7 days transit time)

$34.99 CAD for Express* (Xpress Post Courier, estimate 1-2 days transit time)

*Please note that these delivery methods will incur a fee of $18.50 if they are returned and need to be resent. 
 

Shipping to the U.S. (available to clients of Canada-based studios)

FLAT RATE for all Technicare orders:

$29.99 CAD for Standard UPS

You can always change the shipping from what the client chose at checkout and the shipping address when you are approving the order to go to the lab (more on approving orders here).


Turnaround Times

The Technicare Imaging turnaround times are shown below. Please note that production times are not guaranteed and do not include holidays or transit times.

  • Prints - 1-3 business days
  • Canvases - 5-8 business days
  • MetalPrints - 5-8 business days

ShootProof handles the customer service for all orders submitted through ShootProof to Technicare. If it has been longer than the stated production times above and you want to check on the order, please email us at support@shootproof.com and include the ShootProof order number you are referencing.
