You can combine multiple lab orders into one order prior to sending them to the lab. You may want to do this if a client places more than one order or if you are planning on having several orders shipped to your studio. The lab will treat combined orders as one order and will only charge your studio shipping for one package.
How to combine orders:
1. Go to Store > Orders
2. Check the boxes to the left of the orders you'd like to combine (up to 25 individual orders)
3. Click the "Bulk Actions" button and choose "Combine Orders"
4. A new order number will be created for your new combined order. You can then click on the combined order to begin approval and submit the order to be printed at the lab.
- Just remember that if you are combing orders for the same client, you will need to add their address on the Start Approval page as an Alternate Address.
*For US-based studios using ShootProof Pay: The clients' cards for those orders will be charged when the orders are combined. If a payment for an order is unable to be processed, that order will not be part of the combined order.
Lab costs will be paid using the funds collected from the client for the order. However, the shipping for the combined order will still be charged to the card on file.
Please note that orders containing cards from WHCC are not able to be combined.
