How do I keep track of emails sent to my clients?

You can see a running list of the email activity in your account, separated by brand (if you have multiple brands set up).


To view emails that have been sent:

1.  Go to Studio > Email > Activity

  • You can sort all of the emails by clicking on the appropriate heading title ("Sent To," "Subject," and "Last Activity")
  • You can search for a specific email address or gallery by clicking the "Search" button


You can view details about a specific email, such as:

  • when it was delivered and opened
  • when a link was clicked
  • the content of the email itself

To view this information, click the "Show History" button on the right beside the specific email.
