Where can my email templates be used?

Each email template can only be used in a specific place within your account, so it's important to know which kind of template to create!

Send a gallery link to a client.

From Galleries Page
Galleries > All Galleries > Actions > Share Gallery > Choose recipient(s)

Email Mobile App Link

Send a link to a client to download a mobile app.

From Mobile Apps Page
Galleries > Mobile Apps > Actions > Share

From within a mobile app

Gallery Expiring Notice

Warn a client or gallery visitors that a gallery is about to expire.

Galleries > All Galleries > Gallery Visitors > Email

 

Gallery Released to Linked Contact

Announce to linked contact on a pre-released gallery that the gallery is now live.

Galleries > All Galleries >  Actions > Release Gallery > Choose "Release gallery and email visitors" > Choose Email

Announce to gallery visitors on a pre-released gallery that the gallery is now live.

Make an announcement to the visitors of a gallery (for example, a sale or a reminder).

Invoice Final Payment Due Reminder

Send in an email campaign to remind a client that the final invoice payment is due.

Studio > Email > Campaigns > New Email Campaign > Custom Trigger-Based Email Campaign

Invoice Message

A general message about a completed invoice with a link to view the invoice.

From the Invoices page

Invoice Past Due Notice

Send in an email campaign to remind a client that their invoice hasn't yet been paid.

Invoice Ready

Send an invoice to a client or send an email about an unpaid, partially paid, or overdue invoice.

Gallery Upload Complete

Internal message for your use only. This will send if you have notifications set up on your Account > Integrations page.

Contract Ready

Send a contract to a client.

Documents Ready

Send a linked contract and invoice out to a client. This template can only be used from the contract or invoice that has been linked.

Email Gallery Album Link

Send a client a link to a specific album in a gallery.

 Email Admin Access URL to Linked Contact

 Deliver an early access link to a gallery in Pre-release to the Linked Contact.

Order Status Notice

Tell a client that you've changed the status of their order (for example, from "pending" to "shipped").
