The Order Report shows monthly totals of orders placed through your ShootProof galleries. When viewing the report, use the "Order In" drop-down to select a year, the "for" drop-down to choose whether you want to view all galleries or certain galleries, and the "in" drop-down to choose the currency. Click Export Report to download a file of your orders for the displayed year.
Columns display the following:
- Order date - The date your client's order was placed
- Order ID - The order number, which you can click to be taken to the order's page
- Gallery - The gallery name associated with the order, which you can click to be taken to the gallery page
- Albums - If applicable, the album associated with the order
- Customer name - name of client who placed order
- Total sales - Your client's order total
- Client sales tax - The amount of sales tax paid by the client
- Client shipping - The amount of shipping the client was charged
- Lab product costs - The amount charged by the lab for prints and products
- Lab add-on costs - The amount charged by the lab for add-ons, such as mounting, texture, color correction, boutique packaging, etc.
- Lab shipping - The amount charged by the lab for shipping
- Refunds - Any refunds processed for this order
- CC fees* - Credit card processing fee collected from payments received through ShootProof Pay
- Lab cost processing fees - Credit card processing fee collected from any lab costs charged to the credit card on file
- Customer address - Address given by customer when placing order
- Customer email - Email address given by customer when placing order
- Sales tax description - Name given to sales tax in price sheet assigned to the gallery
- Sales tax state - State chosen for to sales tax in price sheet assigned to the gallery
- Sales tax percentage - Tax percentage set in price sheet assigned to the gallery
- Sales tax remittance - Whether this needs to be remitted by the photographer or has been remitted by ShootProof
*The CC fees column will only show for studios using ShootProof Pay.
Totals
- Each column is totaled at the bottom of the report.
- If your report has multiple pages, the totals shown are inclusive of all pages.
