Orders from our partner labs are shipped white-label, so your clients do not see any lab branding or costs with their order.
Please note that shipping time does not include in-lab production time.

$9.50 AUD for Regular Shipping - for prints orders 8x12 and smaller only, 2-5 business days, no tracking
$13.00 AUD for eParcel Trackable Shipping - 2-5 business days, with tracking
$18.00 AUD for Express Post Shipping - 1-3 business days, with tracking
New Zealand Shipping Rates (available to clients of Australia and New Zealand-based studios)
$13.00 AUD for Regular Shipping 3-10 days (no tracking)
$29.00 AUD for eParcel Express 2-4 days with tracking

You can always change the shipping from what the client chose at checkout and the shipping address when you are approving the order to go to the lab (more on approving orders here).
Turnaround Times
Most HC Pro products are produced on a 3-day turnaround, with standard print-only orders typically produced faster. Please note that delivery and production times are not guaranteed and do not include holidays or transit times.
