Manage Booked Sessions

Once you're booked and busy, you can view and manage your scheduled sessions by going to Studio > Booking and clicking into the Sessions tab. Your sessions are organized by upcoming sessions, pending sessions that need approval, previous sessions, and canceled sessions. 

Here you'll see your client's information, the shoot location, the payment status of their invoice, and the confirmation status.

 

Confirm Sessions

If you have manual confirmation set up for a session, you can confirm or cancel it by clicking the Edit button on the far right. 

Once the session is confirmed, your client will receive an email if you have set up confirmation emails in the Email Notifications tab for this session type. If they made a payment while booking, the payment will be processed upon confirmation. 

Session Details

To see the full details of a session, click the Edit button on the far right. Here you can see all of the session information, payment information, and a link to the invoice. When clients book a session, it automatically adds them to your contacts and creates an invoice for the session. 

If you have session types that require manual confirmation, you will be that in the Session Details panel. 

Reschedule Sessions

To reschedule a session, click into the Session Details and select Reschedule Session. Here you can change the date and time of the session, the session length, and location. If the session has a contract or invoice attached it, you will have the option to issue a new contract and change the final due date of the invoice. 

After you click Confirm Reschedule, you'll see the option to email your client with the updated information. In that email, you can add variables for links to their invoice and contract. If you issued a new contract when you rescheduled, make sure to include the contract link in the rescheduling email so your clients can sign their new contract.
