ShootProof plans are billed either monthly or yearly and are determined by the amount of GB storage needed.
When you upgrade to a larger storage amount, we'll apply the prorated amount for the remaining time in your current billing cycle to the bill for your new plan. Your plan upgrade will take place immediately and your billing cycle will restart.
When you downgrade to a smaller storage amount, your new plan will take effect on your next bill date. For example, if your current bill date is June 30th and you downgrade on June 15th, you will remain in your current plan until June 30th. On the 30th, you'll be moved into, and billed for, the new plan.
