How do your plans work?

  • Updated

ShootProof plans are billed either monthly or yearly and are determined by photo count.

The photo count in each plan is the total number of photos you can have online in your ShootProof account at any given time. You can have these photos spread across an unlimited number of galleries. Upload new photos, and you’ll begin using that space. Delete photos, and you’ll free space up!

When you upgrade to a larger photo count, we'll apply the prorated amount for the remaining time in your current billing cycle to the bill for your new plan. Your plan upgrade will take place immediately and your billing cycle will restart.

When you downgrade to a smaller photo count, your new plan will take effect on your next bill date. For example, if your current bill date is June 30th and you downgrade on June 15th, you will remain in your current plan until June 30th. On the 30th, you'll be moved into, and billed for, the new plan.
