Where can my email templates be used?

Each email template can only be used in a specific place within your account, so it's important to know which kind of template to create!

Email Gallery Link

Send a gallery link to a client.

From Galleries Page
Photos > Galleries > Actions > Share Gallery > Choose recipient(s)

or

From within a gallery
Photos > Galleries > Select gallery > Share Gallery > Choose recipient(s)

Email Mobile App Link

Send a link to a client to download a mobile app.

From Mobile Apps Page
Photos > Mobile Apps > Actions > Share

or

From within a mobile app
Photos > Mobile Apps > App > Share

Gallery Expiring Notice

Warn a client or gallery visitors that a gallery is about to expire.

Photos > Galleries > Gallery Visitors > Email

 

Gallery Released to Linked Contact

Announce to linked contact on a pre-released gallery that the gallery is now live.

Photos > Galleries >  Actions > Release Gallery > Choose "Release gallery and email visitors" > Choose Email

Gallery Released to Visitors

Announce to gallery visitors on a pre-released gallery that the gallery is now live.

Gallery Visitor Message

Make an announcement to the visitors of a gallery (for example, a sale or a reminder).

Invoice Final Payment Due Reminder

Send in an email campaign to remind a client that the final invoice payment is due.

Studio > Email > Campaigns > New Email Campaign > Custom Trigger-Based Email Campaign

Invoice Message

A general message about a completed invoice with a link to view the invoice.

From the Invoices page
Commerce > Invoices > Actions > Email Client

From within an Invoice
Commerce > Invoices > Select an Invoice > Email Client

Invoice Past Due Notice

Send in an email campaign to remind a client that their invoice hasn't yet been paid.

Studio > Email > Campaigns > New Email Campaign > Custom Trigger-Based Email Campaign

Invoice Ready

Send an invoice to a client or send an email about an unpaid, partially paid, or overdue invoice. 

From the Invoices page

Gallery Upload Complete

Internal message for your use only. This will send if you have notifications set up on your Account > Integrations page.

Contract Ready

Send a contract to a client.

From the Contracts page
Studio > Contracts > Actions > Email Client

From within a Contract
Studio > Contracts > Select a Contract > Email Client

Documents Ready

Send a linked contract and invoice out to a client. This template can only be used from the contract or invoice that has been linked.

From the Contracts page

Email Gallery Album Link

Send a client a link to a specific album in a gallery.

Photos > Galleries > Gallery > Album > Share

 Email Admin Access URL to Linked Contact

 Deliver an early access link to a gallery in Pre-release to the Linked Contact.

Photos > Galleries > Actions > Share Gallery > Email "Linked Contact's Name"

From within a gallery
Photos > Galleries > Gallery > Share Gallery > Email "Linked Contact's Name" 

Order Status Notice

Tell a client that you've changed the status of their order (for example, from "pending" to "shipped").

Commerce > Orders > Order > Change the status drop-down menu
