For each gallery, you can set a cover image that will display on the gallery intro page. It will be the first thing visitors see when they arrive at the gallery, so remember to always set a cover image. You also have the option to show these images as banner images in the gallery.
You can set cover images for albums and sub-albums as well.
Set a Gallery Cover Image
Use a Photo Uploaded to the Gallery

Go to Galleries > All Galleries > click into a specific gallery

Click the action menu (three stacked dots) on the image you'd like to use as the cover image

Upload a New Photo as the Gallery Cover Image
* Photo uploaded as cover photos do not show in the photo gallery or not count towards your plan

Go to Galleries > All Galleries > click into a specific gallery

Click on Add Cover Photo in the top left corner of the gallery
- If you already have a cover photo uploaded, you'll need to click the red X at the top right of the photo to remove it first.

If you have set up albums within a gallery, you can also choose a cover image for each album.

Click on Manage Albums on the left

Set Album Cover Images Automatically
If you'd like ShootProof to randomly select a photo as the album cover image during upload, simply turn this option on in the Settings before uploading images, or select this option in your Gallery Presets.
When you upload your files to a gallery, ShootProof will automatically select a photo from each album and set it as the album cover. You can always replace the chosen image with another photo if you wish.
Note: Currently you can only automatically select album cover images
- Go to Settings > Advanced > toggle on the Set Album Cover Images automatically option
