Delete Files
You can delete individual files by clicking the Actions menu directly on a file and selecting the Delete option.
To delete multiple files from a gallery, click on the Select icon on the files, click More on the actions toolbar across the bottom of the screen, and choose Delete Selected.
To easily select multiple files, select the first file and hold down the Shift key while selecting the last file. All of the files in between will be selected.
Once you delete a file, it is completely deleted from your ShootProof account and cannot be recovered.
Delete Galleries
To delete a gallery, click on the Actions button for the specific gallery, and then choose Delete.
To delete multiple galleries, click on the Select icon on the galleries, click More on the actions toolbar across the bottom of the screen, and choose Delete.
When you delete a gallery, the files in the gallery are also deleted from your ShootProof account and cannot be recovered. All gallery visitor information is also erased.
As an alternative to deleting galleries, check out Archiving. It frees up space in your account and is 400x safer than storing photos on a regular hard drive!
