Lab Holiday Cutoff Times for 2025

The holidays are fast approaching, so be sure your clients' orders will make it on time for Christmas! Below are the suggested lab cutoff times for this year. We will continue to update these as we get these dates from our labs.

Use the guidelines below when placing orders and choosing a shipping speed.

Here are some things to keep in mind when approving orders for lab production:

The dates provided are suggestions, not guarantees. Shipping carriers do not guarantee their delivery times during the holidays.
Lead times for Economy shipping are especially unpredictable. Encourage your clients to order early, and use expedited shipping options for the most timely delivery.
Just so you know – carriers count business days, not calendar days, so pay particular attention to weekends when mapping out your order delivery dates.
When you add texture, mounting, and color correction to orders, processing times increase cumulatively. Make sure to factor in these options to the recommended order submission date. For example, if you want a print to be mounted and color-corrected with Bay Photo and sent out with Ground shipping, subtract two days from the recommended dates below.
Your client may not understand that choosing Overnight Shipping at checkout does not mean the order will arrive tomorrow. Be sure to communicate the lab's processing time, as well as the time your studio needs to finalize and approve the order to avoid misunderstandings.

Important: Once an order is approved in your Studio Panel and sent to the lab for fulfillment, we're unable to cancel or make changes to that order. This includes shipping speed.

Any questions regarding orders placed through your ShootProof account should be submitted to support@shootproof.com. Labs are unable to edit shipping speeds on orders that have already been approved through your Studio Panel.
