How do I add a banner message at the top of my gallery?

Gallery banners are an easy way to drive sales for your business. Using gallery banners, you can offer seasonal promos, flash sales, free shipping, and also communicate important messages to your clients. Create your own banners in just a few clicks!

To add a Marketing Banner to the gallery: 

  1. Go to Galleries > All Galleries > Actions on the specific gallery > Settings
     
  2. Click into the Branding section (the unicorn button)
     
  3. Choose the Marketing Banner section
     
  4. Use the toggle to turn on Enable Marketing Banner
     
  5. Enter your Banner Text (max. 85 characters) and optional Banner Link (links will open in a new tab for your clients)
    • Add an optional banner expiration date 
       
  6. Be sure to save your Settings!

Running a special sale or promotion for multiple clients? You can quickly and easily apply a gallery banner message to many galleries at once, using Bulk Actions.

To apply a banner message to multiple galleries at once:

  1. Go to Galleries > All Galleries
     
  2. Click Select to choose the galleries you'd like the banner message to appear in
     
  3. Click Bulk Actions on the menu along the bottom of the screen
     
  4. In the Branding tab, go to the Marketing Banner section
     
  5. Choose Enable the banner text and optional link
     
  6. Click Preview Changes
     
  7. Review the changes and click Apply Changes
